Designed for teams looking for a ultra low-cost, two run event to use as a Christmas 'showcase' or 'first run of the season' outing. It is ideal for Recreational, half-year, 'non-travel' and budget conscious School Teams teams.

Host location: Carling Heights Optimist Centre gymnasium/rec centre

- 656 Elizabeth Street - London, Ontario -

Doors open for Athletes and Spectators 4:45 pm.(Event will run between 5:30 and 7:00pm. No early morning drive!!)

Teams are respectfully asked to not arrive excessively early as there is another event using the facility prior to ours. Please see sched and plan accordingly.

SEATING IS VERY LIMITED. PLEASE feel free to bring your own non-marking folding chairs, blankets and floor mats. Really. We are serious. Food and beverages are absolutely not permitted in the gymnasium

ADMISSION: $5.00 for Adults and teens. Kids Under 7 and Over 70: FREE.

Each year we take a portion of the door receipts and make a donation to the London Humane Society or Salthaven. Our combined PCCC Donations to date = $5600.00.

WARM UP time is open, unscheduled and on the honour system both on the main floor and in the warm up gym Teams are expected to share the space.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

PERFORMANCE TIMES: | NOTE: times may change slightly prior to competition day. NOTE: We often have cross over athletes competing on HS and All-Star teams during the event. We have tried to maximize the time spread between known cross overs. Please prepare your athletes to hustle.

Competition Runs: 5:30-7:00pm. There is no 'Awards' Ceremenoy and teams are free to leave after their second run... but we love it if you stay to cheer on the teams after you.

SITE: The Carling Heights Optimist Centre - 656 Elizabeth Street - London, Ontario - This is at the 'back' of the Woolsey Barracks Canadian Forces Base 'behind' the Superstore

FLOOR: a 42' x 54' mat (9 strips) NON-SPRUNG mat floor. ALL teams perform twice* (Special Needs have the option of doing a second run).

Divisions Offered: Because this event is designed to allow teams to 'showcase' their routines (as in: demo vs 'compete'), we will offer ANY division you wish. Just let us know in advance and we will adjust accordingly. All teams will be scored/evaluated and score sheets/feedback given.

* If a team wishes to only perform once, that is perfectly OK. Just let us know in advance such that we can design the schedule accordingly.

- SCHOOL DIVISIONS. - Will follow the OCF/Cheer Canada Division designations

Entry Fee: $10.00 per athlete. (3 coaches/drivers/trainers per team attend for free)
