no later than Friday Mar 1, 2002.

NOTE: Due to the Strike/Work to Rule situations in both BC and Alberta, teams from these provinces will be given an "open" deadline to register. Please help the organizers out by faxing your registration forms as soon as possible then keep up informed as to your on/off position.

*Teams may have any number of athletes on the floor (ie you are not limited to 20)*

Refund/cancellation Policy: PCA will retain $5.00 per athlete/coach/trainer cancellation registered with PCA prior to April 1, 2002.

Cancellations received after April 1, 2002 will not be refunded.

Teams/Coaches are asked to email the name(s) of individuals (or team) being cancelled directly to PCA. Refund payments will be issued within 30 days after the event.
