Divisions For Power Cheer Nationals
High School Large Varsity:
Teams with 17 or more athletes and may include 1 male. All students must
be in Grades 9-OAC inclusive. Note to non-Ontario teams: Ont does have a
yr past grade 12. All team members must attend the same school.
High School Small Varsity:
Teams with 16 or less athletes and may include 1 male. All students
must be in Grades 9-OAC inclusive. Note to non-Ontario teams: Ont does have
a yr past grade 12. All team members must attend the same school.
High School Co-ed: Unlimited team
size, 5 or more males, all students must be in Grades 9-OAC inclusive. All
team members must attend the same school.
High School Small Co-ed: Unlimited
team size with 4 or less males, all students must be in Grades 9-OAC inclusive.
All team members must attend the same school.
Senior All-Star: Unlimited team
size and members can attend different schools. There is not a Large and
Small division. All are in one. Team members must be enrolled in school
(HS or under) at the time of the competition. All members must be enrolled
in Secondary school at the time of the event.
Co-ed All-Star: Unlimited team size
and members can attend different schools. There is not a Large and Small
division. All are in one. Team members must be enrolled in school (HS or
under) at the time of the competition. All members must be enrolled in Secondary
school at the time of the event.
Junior (School): unlimited team
size, may include any number of males, all students must be in Grade 8 and
under and all attend the same school.
Junior All-Star: unlimited team
size, may include any number of males, all students must be in Grade 8 and
under and do not necessarily attend the same school
Primary All-Star: unlimited team
size, may include any number of males, all students must be in Grade 6 and
under and do not necessarily attend the same school

There are 3 Divisions in the Partner Stunt Competition
1. Varsity Quads (4 girls, all from a high school or high school aged
all star or club level team)
2. Co-ed (1 male and 1 female from a high school or high school aged
all star or club level team)
3. Junior Quad (4 girls, all from a junior level team)
Note: Partner groups or pairs may enter the competition if their team
is not competing in the team event.
