All Paid Entries and forms must be received AT the PCA Office no later than Wednesday March 26, 2003.

LATE entries (received after Mar 26) will have the following applied to them:

1. $50.00 late fee is added to the team entry fee total

2. Camp Bid discount no longer applies.

*Teams may have any number of athletes on the floor (ie you are not limited to 20)*

Refund/cancellation Policy: PCA will retain $5.00 per athlete/coach/trainer cancellation registered with PCA prior to April 16, 2003.

Cancellations received after April 16, 2003 will not be refunded.

Teams/Coaches are asked to email the name(s) of individuals (or team) being cancelled directly to PCA. Refund payments will be issued within 30 days after the event.
