Note: Jr and Youth Team coaches are not required to attend this meeting, but are strongly encouraged to do so.

High School and Sr All-Star Competition (All Divisions First Round) - 9:30am - 3:45 pm
NOTE: ALL High School and All-Star teams perform on Saturday (1st round) AND Sunday (2nd round)
The registration deadline (without penalty) is Friday April 10. Registrations received between April 11 and April 16th will have a late fee applied to them. Entries received after the 17th are subject to being put on a waiting list. PCA will always try to include all teams (late or otherwise) but due to general lateness of registrations, we will not be able to publish a definitive order of performance until the majority of registrations are received. Please do your part to get the paperwork and fees in on time.
Partner Stunt Competition for ALL Divisions: 4:30pm (approx)
Junior and Youth Division coaches who do not pick up their pass tags and package on Friday evening, will recieve their materials at the PCA event table inside the main doors of the Hershey Centre. There is no coaches meeting on Saturday.
Junior Divisions (School and All-Star) and Youth All-Star Divisions 6:00-9:30pm
The Junior and Youth Divisions perform twice on Saturday evening. The Awards presentation follows

High School and Sr All-Star Competition (All Divisions Second Round, Finals and Awards) - 9:00am - 4:00 pm

All teams will be scheduled for practice/warm up times on mats and a full sprung practice floor. Teams will NOT be doing "sound checks" on the performance floor prior to competition.
