All Paid Entries and forms must be received AT the PCA Office no later than Friday April 9, 2004.

LATE entries (received between and including April 10, 2004 and April 16, 2004) will have the following applied to them:

1. $75.00 late fee is added to the team entry fee total

2. Camp Bid discount no longer applies.

LATE entries (received between and including April 17, 2004 and April 24, 2004) will have the following applied to them:

1. $125.00 late fee is added to the team entry fee total.

NOTE: Please help the organizers out by faxing your registration forms then mailing in a copy along with the entry fee.

*Teams may have any number of athletes on the floor (ie you are not limited to 20)*

Entry Fee Payment cheques are Payable to PCA or Power Cheerleading Athletics. We do not accept P.O.'s or Credit Cards

Refund/cancellation Policy: PCA will retain $7.00 per athlete/coach/trainer cancellation registered with PCA prior to and including April 16, 2004.

Cancellations received after April 16, 2004 will not be refunded.

Teams/Coaches are asked to email the name(s) of individuals (or team) being cancelled directly to PCA. Refund payments will be issued within 30 days after the event.
