Quick Info:

Teams may enter a maximum of 2 stunt pairs and/or 2 stunt quads.

Coed pairs must perform a minimum of one tossed extended stunt and one, double twisting dismount from a single legged stunt.

All-Girl group must perform a minimum of one double twisting dismount from a single legged stunt.

Individual athletes may only compete ONCE in either the pairs or quad competition (ie. a top cannot be with both quad groups or on a quad group and a co-ed pair).

Athletes are to perform in their team uniforms, not practice gear.

Groups may enter who are not also competing in the 'team' portion of the Nationals.

Stunt competition regulations follow the USASF Level 6 guidelines
(International Division Entrants follow L-5).

Routines may not exceed 60 seconds in length.

Co-ed pairs AND Quad Groups are to bring their own spotters (on to the floor).

"International" Division Stunt pairs/groups must include one member under the age 17 eligibility line.
PCA reserves the right to possibly not offer this division to groups not entered in the team categories. Call first.
